Shopping on the internet is quick and easy and it is our intention to make your entire shopping experience with us as pleasurable as possible. We suggest that you carefully read the terms and conditions that are detailed below as this forms the basis of the sale agreement between you and ettica.com.au when you purchase goods from us. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that you acknowledge that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions. We have attempted to keep the text in simple to understand language. If any part is confusing or not clear, please contact us.
Please note that from time to time, these terms and conditions may change. We therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions on a regular basis to identify any changes that may affect you. Goods and services tax (GST) As you will note from our site, all prices include GST. The current rate of GST is 10%. This rate may change in the future and will be based on Australian legislation.
The prices that are displayed on our website and in our company literature at any point in time are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to alter our prices at anytime without any notice being provided to you. This may occur for example when products are on sale or when prices may change for various reasons. When price changes do occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.
All overseas customers must be aware that all orders are supplied ex warehouse (Perth) and all freight, duties and taxes levied in your respective countries will need to be paid by you.
We dispatch daily Monday to Friday. All deliveries will be shipped with tracking and a signature on delivery. Expected delivery within Perth metro area is 1 to 2 business days. All other areas and states within Australia expected delivery times are 3-7 business days. Occasionally delays can happen and unfortunately we have no control over this.
If after 10 days, your order still remains undelivered; please contact us by e-mail and we will investigate the delay for you.
Freight and Handling
We use Australia Post and Star Track couriers to deliver your purchases. Postage will be calculated at the time of your online order.
For deliveries to remote locations an additional delivery fee may be applicable. This is a very rare situation, however please be assured we will contact you to discuss any changes before your parcel is dispatched.
We have conducted business with the courier companies we use over many years as have many companies throughout Australia, and we are confident that this method of delivery of your order is the most safe, efficient and economical method of transporting your goods to you. The courier companies that we use pride themselves on a very high level of service and performance.
Your order will have a consignment note accompanying it when it is delivered to you and the delivery driver will ask you to sign this consignment note when the goods are delivered to you. It is essential that you carefully read the consignment note. Only sign the consignment note if the cartons of the goods delivered have not been damaged in any way and only if the total quantity of the cartons on the consignment note has been delivered. If any of these instances occur you must write down the problems on the consignment note and request the delivery driver acknowledge this by printing his/her name on the consignment note. In addition, please email us as soon as possible advising us of the details. If you do not follow this procedure and sign the consignment note without making these notes, you are acknowledging that the entire delivery is correct and in perfect condition. We highly recommend that you choose a delivery address where during business hours; someone is present to accept your delivery. Your workplace is the ideal delivery point. The courier companies cannot guarantee a delivery date or time due to the volume of their deliveries however the majority of deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the delivery driver will leave a delivery card in your mail box or under you door, noting that they have attempted to deliver the goods to you. This delivery card will have all the contact details for the delivery company and you will either need to contact the delivery company to arrange a suitable time for a second delivery to you within 48 hours or to pick up your parcel from your local parcel collection centre - Australia Post office.
Products damaged in transit to you
Australia - All orders from us on our site will be delivered by independent courier companies. These couriers will use their best endeavours to supply you with the product you have ordered from us in the condition that the goods were dispatched from our warehouse. On occasion but rarely however, goods may be damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, you will need to contact us immediately by e-mail - no longer than 7 days from the date of delivery, and supply us with some pictures of the actual damage. We will supply you with a replacement product ordered by you once the damaged product has been returned to us in accordance with the returns guidelines set out below. If the product you have ordered is no longer available, please refer to the section refunds and credit notes (see below).
International other than New Zealand - There is no insurance included in the regular shipping prices. If you would like insurance included, please email us and we'll provide a quote for you. Ettica takes no responsibility to products damaged in transit internationally.
Our company takes pride in offering to our customers products that are quality products. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product you have ordered from us in excellent condition. If you unfortunately receive a product that has a manufacturing flaw that we did not pick up on through our inspection, you will need to contact us immediately by e-mail - no longer than 7 days from the date of delivery, and supply photos of the actual defect. We will supply you with a replacement product ordered by you once the faulty product has been returned to us in accordance with the returns guidelines set out below or offer compensation which will be proportionate to the flaw. If the product you have ordered is no longer available, please refer to the section refunds and credit notes (see below).
Refunds and Credit Notes
In the event of a faulty product and a replacement is requested, you will need to return the product to us in the same condition you have received it before a refund or credit note can be issued. In the event of products being damaged in transit to you and goods are returned in accordance with the returns guidelines set out above and replacement goods that you ordered are no longer available, we will issue you with a credit note or refund. In the event of products being lost in transit and we have received official confirmation from the courier company concerned that the goods have been lost in transit to you and replacement goods that you ordered are no longer available, we will issue you with a credit note or refund. In the event of products not being available for supply to you after your order has been placed with us we will issue you with a credit note or refund for either part of the order or for the entire order (see above).
As a condition of purchase from ettica.com.au we reserve the right to email you our newsletters and information that we may consider may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive this information and if you advise us that you do not wish to receive this information we will disable that functionality for your account. All our newsletters and communications of a similar nature will have a clear link to unsubscribe.

This site, its artwork, graphics, text, data, computer files, "look and feel" of the site and all its contents may not for either personal and commercial use be used, modified, reproduced, adapted, printed, copied, displayed, sold, used or reused without prior written consent from the management of ettica.com.au other than in the normal intended use of the site as intended by ettica.com.au management. No part of this site may be used in a public forum or in a forum consisting of more than 2 individuals without the prior written consent of ettica.com.au management.
Authority to purchase
By accepting our sales terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that you have the authority to enter into a commercial transaction with ettica.com.au. Commercial employees, purchasing on behalf of their company or business must have the appropriate company authority to enter into a transaction on the company’s behalf.

Any transactions on this site and all legal aspects associated with this site will fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
